Robert currently works in the World Bank's Bureaucracy Lab. There he looks at the quality of local government services, gains insights into the productivity and motivation of civil servants via surveying efforts and contributes to a handbook that will summarize state-of-the-arts methodology for studying public administration. He joined the World Bank in 2020, right after graduating from a Master's degree in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge. Prior to that he pursued a multidisciplinary degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at UCL (University College London). Besides the above, he enjoys anything related to maps, chess, and hiking.
