Robert Soden is a consultant to the World Bank South Asia Disaster Risk Management Team and the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR). He has extensive experience working in the areas of open data, community mapping, and open source software. From 2011 to 2014, Robert let GFDRRs Open Data for Resilience Initiative (OpenDRI). He is currently a PhD Student in Computer Science at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
