Roberto Estevez is an Energy Specialist at the World Bank. He has worked in the Latin America Region, India and the United States, and currently supports the development of energy projects in Chile and Colombia, including the preparation and implementation of several loan and technical assistance projects on issues such as regulatory reform, green hydrogen, energy efficiency, energy access, and renewable energy integration. Roberto holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico Buenos Aires, and a master’s degree in Public Policy and International Development from the University of Maryland.
