Rogelio Granguillhome Ochoa works in the Poverty and Equity Global Practice at the World Bank. He has contributed to several projects on the welfare effects of digital technologies and in the distributional effects of competition policy. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked as a consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, where he supported the Citizen Security research agenda. He holds a master’s degree in Economics and International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
