Rohan Carter-Rau is a Senior Research Assistant with the Center for Universal Education at Brookings Institution. He joined Brookings in 2022 after earning an MA in Political Science from McGill University (2020). He is currently researching the promises and pitfalls of digital innovations in education and career pathways. His past research focused on international trade, environmental governance, and lobbying, including through his thesis: Industry or Activism: Exploring Environmentalism in Preferential Trade Agreements.
