Rong Shi is a Research Analyst at the Bureaucracy Lab, a joint initiative of the Global Governance Practice and the Development Research Group at the World Bank. Previously, she worked at the Innovations for Poverty Action and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Rong received her Ph.D in economics from the Western Michigan University with a specialization in development and international economics.
