Roza Vasileva is an ICT and Open Data consultant to the World Bank’s Transport and ICT Global Practice. She joined the Bank in September 2012 as an intern. Roza has more than five years of experience in program management for international non-governmental organizations in Russia working on international education programs.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Public Relations from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2010. In 2013, she received her dual Master’s degree in Public Administration and International Affairs at Maxwell School of Syracuse University in New York where she went as a Fulbright Scholar. Roza is interested in ICT and Open Data initiatives in support of development goals of increased economic growth, good governance, gender equality and education for all.
