Electronic Civil Engineer, from the Federico Santa María Technical University, with 23 years of experience, both in the Ministry of Energy and in the National Energy Commission, in the formulation of policies, programs and regulatory development in the energy sector. He currently serves as head of the Geothermal and District Energy Unit at Chile´s Ministry of Energy.
