Rubena Sukaj is a Statistical Analyst at the World Bank in Washington DC. She currently works primarily on the compilation of external debt data, the International Debt Statistics and World Development Indicators publications, as well as the Quarterly Public Sector Debt statistics (QPSD), a World Bank, IMF, and OECD data initiative.
