Rui Costa is a statistical analyst with the International Comparison Program in the Development Data Group at the World Bank. Before joining the World Bank he was a statistician for Portugal’s National Statistical Office and worked on the Eurostat-OECD Purchasing Power Parity Programme. Rui holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in economics from the Catholic University of Portugal.
