Ruth Hupart is a Strategy Officer in the Climate Business Department of the International Finance Corporation. She manages and analyzes the dataset of IFC’s climate investments in sectors ranging from renewable energy to agribusiness to buildings and supports IFC’s interactions with the Board and external stakeholders such as clients, NGOs, and governments. She previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff to a U.S. Representative. Ruth earned her B.A. from Dartmouth College and her M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
