Sabina Espinoza advises the World Bank on social inclusion, equality and poverty reduction. She leads research and provides project support on issues around the exclusion of vulnerable and discriminated groups. Previously, Sabina was an advisor for the UN Global Compact and the European Parliament on human rights and social issues and worked for PICUM, a network of non-governmental organizations supporting migrants' rights. Sabina holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from University College London (UCL), an MA in Human Rights (UCL) and a BA in PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics) from the University of Oxford.
