Sabrina Roshan works as part of the Governance Global Practice, where she supports the Programmatic Approach to Governance in Nigeria. Previously she was a member of the World Bank’s Governance and Anti-Corruption (GAC) in Operations team as well as the Africa Region’s Poverty Reduction and Economic Management (PREM) unit. Prior to joining the World Bank, Sabrina led research and operations that focused on the nexus between good governance, economic development and fragility at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs and for various U.S. Government agencies. She also served as a Fellow at the World Economic Forum in Geneva. Sabrina began her career in international development in Afghanistan where she supported education sector capacity building projects. Sabrina holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy with a focus on Political and Economic Development from the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government.
