Sadig Aliyev is a Senior Transport Specialist at the World Bank East Asia and Pacific Infrastructure Team. He is currently working in Myanmar, Cambodia and Lao PDR. His areas of expertise include infrastructure financing, road asset management, rural accessibility, urban transport and public investment management. Prior to his current assignment, he worked on World Bank’s transport and energy program in Azerbaijan, and supported implementation of a large transport investment program in Central Asia. Sadig holds an MPA in Public Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and MA in International Relations from Baku State University.
