Sadou Doumbo is a Gender Specialist at UN Women in Bamako, Mali, with extensive expertise in women’s empowerment, gender mainstreaming, and demographic dividend initiatives. He previously served as a Senior Specialist at the World Bank, leading gender-focused programs across West Africa, and as Director at Mali’s National Observatory for the Demographic Dividend. Sadou holds a Ph.D. in generational economics from the Université de Thiès and a master’s in development economics from Université de Cocody.
