Saint-Martin Mongan-Agbeshie is a Social Protection Specialist at the World Bank. He has worked on various social protection and jobs programs in Benin, Togo, and Guinea, including analytical and technical assistance tasks with a focus on women empowerment, economic inclusion, community-driven development, and youth employment. In his current role, he is leading a youth inclusion operation and co-leading a productive and adaptive safety nets program in Benin. Prior to the Bank, Saint-Martin worked with the UNDP Office, providing technical assistance for the implementation of the Human Development agenda in Benin, and spent the first seventeen years of his career at the Department of Research & Statistics of the Central Bank of West African States, at the National Economic Policy Analysis Unit and at the National Institute of Statistics. He holds a Master in international and development Economics at CERDI, France, and Master in Statistics and Economics at ENSEA, Côte d’Ivoire.
