Samantha joined the Thematic Research team in London in 2013. She supports the team in developing and producing major theme-based cross-regional research and presenting it to clients and media. Samantha also provides support for the team's global forecasting process. Based in Colombo, she previously held roles in strategic planning and as a Global Research economist covering Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Samantha joined the Bank in 2007. She has a Master's degree in Finance (Financial Sector Management) from the University of London.
