Samia Mouline is a Senior Financial Sector Specialist at the World Bank’s Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice, with over 18 years of experience in policy design and investment. Her current work focuses on capital markets development, long-term and climate finance, and innovation, across the MENA region.
Before joining the World Bank, Samia served as Head of Strategic Transactions at Morocco’s Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG), where she led the group’s equity investments and strategic partnerships. She held several positions in private equity and mergers & acquisitions teams in France and Morocco, mainly within CDG and BNP Paribas groups.
Samia graduated from ESSEC Business School.
