Samuel Kwadwo Owusu Baafi is a Communications Consultant with the World Bank in the External and Corporate Relations unit. He leads digital marketing for Western and Central Africa and specializes in messaging and social media production. Before joining the World Bank, he was a development communications consultant for FAO and UNFPA. He led WASCI’s communications team and was a humanitarian communications specialist, leading World Vision Mali, Mauritania, and Niger’s communications teams. He was part of emergency response teams during the Ebola Outbreak in Sierra Leone and the Lake Chad Basin Crisis. Samuel holds a MA in Management and Administration.
