Samuel S. Lee’s professional experience spans the public, private, and non-profit sectors. For two decades, Sam has led teams, projects, and programs across the entire program lifecycle- ranging from strategy and program design, policy, implementation of technology and innovation, through to monitoring & evaluation of impact. Sam’s sectoral work in the international development and social impact space includes health, water & sanitation, transportation, governance, human rights, and financial inclusion. The common thread across these endeavors is the proven ability to form and apply new thoughtful approaches to long-standing challenges. Innovative and practical use of data and technology has been central to these roles. Sam holds a Master's in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers College in New Jersey.
