With extensive experience in database management, particularly in international trade and market access data, Samuel possesses a deep understanding of technical issues surrounding trade negotiations and research on tariff and market access conditions. He is renowned for his proficiency in conducting training sessions and workshops in developing countries to enhance understanding of trade-related information.
Samuel holds a master’s degree in Applied Statistics from Michigan State University.
