Sanan Isaba Zaman is an ESF and Gender Consultant focusing on ESF risk assessment and corporate commitments on gender, holding a Regional Gender Tag Assessor Certification. She is the dedicated energy sector expert for the gender tag process in ECA, providing ongoing upstream support to task teams as part of the ECA Gender and Energy Facility. She has also contributed to the efforts on mitigating risks related to sexual exploitation, abuse and sexual harassment (SEA/SH) in Bangladesh and Turkey through analytical work and stakeholder engagement. Sanan was also part of the SAR VPU award-winning teams in FY21 and FY23 for the emergency Health and Gender Support Project for the Displaced Rohingya Population in Cox’s Bazar.
