Sang Minh Le is a Senior Health Specialist at the World Bank office in Hanoi, where he has worked on human resources for health, digital health innovations, private health sector, and healthcare waste management since 2012. Previously, he worked as a lecturer for a University and was an expert for a health consulting firm. For more than 20 years, he has been providing advisory services and project implementation support to strengthen health systems and protect environmental health in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos PDR. Sang graduated from Hanoi Medical School with a Medical Degree in 2001 and a Master of Public Health in 2003. He holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Hospital Management from Berlin School of Economics and Laws in 2008.
