Santhosh Srinivasan is a consultant in the Human Development Network Chief Economist's office. His work focuses on governance and service delivery in the HD sectors, with an emphasis on building measurement tools to assess quality and performance, and improve accountability. He is co-author of a recent report reviewing social accountability in the Human Development sector: "Citizens and Service Delivery: Assessing the Use of Social Accountability Approaches in Human Development".
