Santiago Reyes is a research analyst (ETC) at the Firms, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Unit of the World Bank. Santiago has 10 years of experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of productive policies working with national and local governments. His research has focused on the impact of fostering innovative entrepreneurs and the non-intended consequences of such policies on non-transformative entrepreneurs. Santiago has an MA in economics from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), and a Master in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. His fields of expertise include: entrepreneurship, impact evaluations, survey questionnaire design, behavioral biases, selection mechanisms, and innovation.
