Sanyu Lutalo is a seasoned development professional with over seventeen years’ experience working on infrastructure development at all stages of the project cycle, from project preparation, through implementation, and evaluation.
Fifteen years World Bank operations experience working and task managing activities in more than a dozen countries in Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus, with a strong civil and environmental engineering background and sound knowledge of Bank operational processes and procedures. Has led teams to deliver results through on the ground projects and programs, and to carry out analytical work to inform policy dialogue with clients in the water, sanitation, urban infrastructure, and environment sectors. Experience also with World Bank Borrower agencies such as a Government water utility and donor financed project.
