Sara Ahmed joined the World Bank Group in December 2014. Sara manages the Public Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF)'s Global PPP Knowledge Portfolio. Prior to joining the PPIAF, Sara worked as a Program Manager at AECOM International Development, where she managed USAID-funded programs based in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. She also worked as a graduate fellow at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Development Finance and at the World Bank Group’s Integrity Vice Presidency. She holds a Master of Arts in International Economics & Energy, Resources, and Environment from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from George Washington University.

Ashraf Bouajina is a Public-Private Partnerships consultant with the World Bank Group's Infrastructure, PPPs, and Guarantees Group in Washington D.C. She is a legal advisor by training and has studied private international law and business in France, the United Kingdom, and China. She has over seven years of experience working as a legal advisor and analyst in law firms and in the private sector advising governments, investors, lenders, companies and development agencies. Since joining the World Bank, her role has been to provide analytical and legal support relating to PPP framework and projects in the fields of legal analysis, policy assessments, capacity building, and upstream project preparation.
