Sara Ogoundélé is a consultant at the World Bank, specializing in early childhood and special education. She focuses on capacity building for community mothers in ECAE centers and other childcare stakeholders within MASM. Before joining the Bank, Sara worked for 16 years in child protection homes in France. She then moved to Benin and established facilities for children aged 2 months to 5 years, as well as an inclusive program for children with mental disabilities within a private primary school in Cotonou. Sara holds a bachelor's degree in educational sciences, a bachelor's degree in clinical psychology, and a diploma in special education.
