Sara serves as the legal program coordinator for the World Bank’s Public-Private Partnership in Infrastructure Resource Center for Contracts, Laws and Regulations. She currently consults on the legal and enabling environment for PPPs for the World Bank’s Finance, Private Sector Development & Infrastructure, Legal Vice Presidency. Sara was an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP and White & Case LLP in the respective Energy and Infrastructure groups. Sara is a New York qualified attorney, graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, with project finance experience in Latin America, the Middle East and Asia. She also brings broad experience in international organizations and has worked with technology initiatives. Sara is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
