Sara Turner is an Economist with the World Bank Sustainable Development Group. She specializes in climate change adaptation, disaster risk management, climate mitigation and green growth. Her work enables World Bank teams and clients to take account of deep uncertainties and diverging policy preferences when designing strategies to address climate change. Sara Turner holds degrees in economics and international relations from Gonzaga University and the University of Denver, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School in Los Angeles, CA.
