Sarah Fathallah is a Financial Sector analyst (JPA) within the World Bank's Financial Inclusion and Infrastructure Global Practice. Prior to joining the World Bank, Sarah worked as a financial product innovation consultant at the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor and as a service designer at a New York-based ethnographic research consultancy.
