Saw Young (Sandy) Min is a Junior Professional Officer with the Governance and Public Sector Management anchor of the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management network. She is focusing on fiscal/budget transparency and public financial management and is a core member of the Global Initiative for Fiscal Transparency. She co-authored a case study on the public participation in the budget process in South Korea and contributed to the publication Beyond the Annual Budget: Global Experience with Medium Term Expenditure Frameworks. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Finance at George Mason University and holds a MPA from Cornell University.
