Scott Moore is a Young Professional and Water Resource Specialist with the World Bank Group Water Global Practice. A political scientist by training, Scott’s work focuses on institutional political economy, institutional reform, and policy in the water sector. Scott has a long-standing interest in China, and before joining the World Bank worked on climate change and U.S. -China relations at the U.S. Department of State. Scott holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and master’s and doctoral degrees from Oxford.
