Sebastian Forsch is a Disaster Risk Management Specialist with the World Bank’s South Asia Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management Unit. Previously, he worked with the World Bank’s Afghanistan Country Management Unit and the Latin America and Caribbean Disaster Risk Management and Urban team. He also worked as a Senior Policy Officer with the International Climate Finance Division of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and as a Project Manager with the International Centre of the Club of Rome. He holds a BA in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Konstanz and two Master’s degrees in international affairs and development from the University of Oxford and the College of Europe.
