Sébastien Boitreaud is a Lead Financial Officer at the World Bank with more than 20 years of experience in public debt management and financial sector regulation and development, starting at the French Treasury where he was Deputy Head of the Debt Management Office. A former Alternate Executive Director for France at the IMF, he joined the World Bank Treasury in 2012 before moving to the Long Term Finance global team in the Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation Global Practice in 2018. His current work focuses on government securities and domestic capital market development in various countries and regions.
