Seenithamby Manoharan (Mano) is a Senior Rural Development Specialist for the Agriculture Global Practice. He is based in Colombo and specializes in water resource development, social development, community driven development, local government and rural development. He is the anchor for food security in Bank Colombo Office for Sri Lanka. He previously worked in Asian Development Bank and Government of Sri Lanka and graduated from the University of Sri Lanka, Moratuwa with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has a Post Graduate degree in Engineering Geology in ITC, Netherlands and Master of Science in Social Sciences in Sri Lanka.
