Seong joined the World Bank's Infrastructure Finance, PPPs and Guarantees (IPG) Group in June 2016 and is based in the Bank’s Singapore Infrastructure Hub. He has been one of the main authors of periodic reports published by the PPI database team.
Prior to joining the Bank, Seong was a research fellow at Pacific Forum CSIS, a leading think tank headquartered in Washington, D.C. He holds an MA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies with a concentration in Energy, Resources & Environment and a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
