Serah, a Kenyan national, based in Nairobi, oversees PPIAF’s East and Southern Africa activity portfolio. In her role as a Program Officer she provides operational support to the team in business development, portfolio management and supervision of PPIAF funded activities in the region. She has over 8 years of experience working in developing countries on a range of topics including private participation in infrastructure as well as PPP policy issues. Prior to joining PPIAF Serah worked in the energy and banking sectors. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the United States International University in Nairobi.
