Sergio Garcia Monroy is a transport consultant currently working at the transport department at the French Development Agency. Previously, he has been part of the World Bank’s Transport and ICT Global Practice in Lima, Peru, where he supported the activities of the division conducted in the country. Passionate about development, his interests lie in policy making and capacity building.
Sergio holds a Civil Engineering degree from University of Cantabria, Santander, complemented with a Masters Double Degree from École des Ponts ParisTech’s Transport Department, Paris. In addition to the technical engineering academic background, he is currently studying Economics at UNED.
