Sergio Jellinek oversaw the Bank's communications for Latin America and the Caribbean until 2014. He was a founder of the COM+ Alliance, a partnership of international organizations and communications professionals. He had extensive experience in developing countries, both as a working journalist and as an adviser to international organizations.
