Servaas van der Berg is South African National Research Chair in the Economics of Social Policy at the University of Stellenbosch. He leads ReSEP (Research on Socio-Economic Policy), a research group that focuses on policy issues relating to poverty and distribution, including education, labor market issues, health and social service delivery.
