Sevil Salakhutdinova is a Senior Health Specialist at the World Bank Country Office in the Russian Federation. Her work focuses on supporting policy dialogue between the Bank and the Government of the Russian Federation on health sector-related policy issues, including health care financing, public health policies and health service delivery. She has been involved in several federal and regional projects on health sector reforms. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Moscow State University, Russia.
