Seylorm has a Social Science background and works with Ministry of Finance, Ghana. Pivotal at the Ministry is the External Resource Mobilization where she has worked over a decade. The role of the Division is to secure external funding to compliment Government’s Budget. Her work spans as the lead process facilitator in securing external funding from Development Partners (DPs) and interfaces Government and DPs diplomatic relations. Her interest fulcrums on impactful local development in Ghana and by extension the Africa Region. Seylorm from Ghana holds a double master’s degree in International Business from the Hanze University of applied Sciences and Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge -United Kingdom. A certificate in Executive Leadership from SEID Business School, Oxford University.
