Sharon Felzer heads the Public Opinion Research Group in the World Bank Group’s External and Corporate Relations Vice Presidency. In this role she developed, and now leads the Country Opinion Survey Program for the World Bank Group – a program that assesses the views of the organization’s key stakeholders globally in a systematic and independent way. In addition, Sharon provides guidance and advice on a range of surveys and attitude research programs for clients within the Bank as well as counterparts at other international financial institutions.
