Shaun Moss is a Lead Procurement Specialist in the Latin America and the Caribbean of the World Bank and a procurement professional with more than 30 years’ experience in both public and private sectors. He has led the Bank’s work on public procurement reform in several countries, including Russia Federation, China and Turkey. Before joining the World Bank in 1999, he was a Director of a leading U.K. consulting firm specializing in procurement. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in modern languages from Reading University, a post graduate diploma in management from Kingston University, and a Master’s degree in marketing management from the University of Westminster.
