Shazia Omar Ahmed is a consultant for communications and public advocacy with the World Bank. She has 12 years of experience in communication for development, stakeholder engagement, social protection, skills and women’s economic empowerment. She completed her undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College, Mass., and obtained a master's degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics. She is a published author of two novels.
