Sheena Bell is an Assistant Programme Specialist in the Education Indicators and Data Analysis Section of the UNESCO Institute for Statistics. She holds a M.A in Political Science from McGill University and a M.P.A. in International Development from the University of York, UK. Her work focuses on the UIS-UNICEF Global Initiative on Out-of-School Children, as well as issues related to out-of-school children data and household survey analysis. She coordinated and co-authored the UIS-UNICEF report Fixing the Broken Promise of Education for All: Findings from the Global Report on Out-of-School Children.
