Sheila Fernandez Martinez is a Communications Specialist for the Global Road Safety Facility (GRSF). With a background in media, communication, and social change, Sheila has over 10 years of experience working with organizations to share their work. Prior to joining the World Bank, she served as the Communications Specialist for the Transport Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
