Shumin is currently pursuing an MSc from the National University of Singapore, majoring in infrastructure project management. She also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Before she came to Singapore to study, she was involved in structural design for buildings and infrastructure in engineering firms including AECOM and ARUP. These work experiences stimulated her interest in infrastructure project management, especially different procurement methods of PPPs.
