Simon Wright is currently Director of International Development Policy, Advocacy & Campaigns at Save the Children UK. He has worked in both the health and development sectors for over 20 years, including in the UK NHS, the British Parliament and ActionAid. He established the European advocacy network, Action for Global Health before joining Save the Children.
He is responsible for Save the Children UK’s global policy and advocacy activities for children’s right to health, nutrition and education. He is a board member of Global Health Advocates (France) and Health Poverty Action (UK) and member of the Steering Committee for UHC2030.
